POLICIES

HOW WE GET DOWN

• Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.

• You must be 16 years old or older to practice at SALT.

• The studio room is heated, using infrared heating technology and gets to between 85-95 degrees. Sweat SALT.

• Please be on your mat at the start time of class.

• Yoga mats and towels are available to rent so you can travel light.

• We have a water dispenser so bring your bottles.

• Our studios only accept credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.

LATE POLICY

• We do not allow late entry to any classes for your safety.

CANCELLATIONS

Single Class, Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships:

• You must cancel your class 8 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.

• If you late-cancel less than 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $10 to your credit card on file and your class will not be returned to your account.

• All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

• Please note, if you have not checked in prior to class start time your spot will be given to a fellow practitioner on the waitlist.

NO-SHOWS

Single Class and Class Packages

• If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee and your class will still be deducted from your account.

Unlimited Memberships:

• If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $10 to your credit card on file.

• All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

Workshops: You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive a refund. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, your workshop credit will still be deducted from your account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, Workshops, apparel and merchandise.

• We do not offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Memberships.

MEMBERSHIPS

• Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

• Membership classes do not roll over and must be used within each month.

• Additional classes to add on to your membership are $15

• Contracts have a 3 month minimum commitment.

• To cancel your membership a 7-day notice is required. Email hello@takemetosalt.com to cancel or skip.

• Memberships begin on date of purchase

• SALT is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
