50 MINUTES HEATED

An invigorating mat pilates class with the heat set between 95 to 105 degrees to initiate a detoxifying sweat that will increase flexibility and stimulate blood circulation.

Musically driven, this class will scorch your abs as you go through the intermediate and advanced mat work accompanied by props to help boost your practice. You will utilize weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and the trusty magic circle. Heated & good for all who are ready to sweat

SAVOR

50 MINUTES HEATED

A pilates spin on HIIT workouts, be ready to move. Music blasting, hearts pumping, & sweat dripping Savor will challenge your body, boost your metabolism, and build lean muscle mass.

Set to an ever changing interval timer, this is your favorite pilates class on crack. Flow through whole body strengthening exercises with free weights, resistance bands, and a revolving door of props. Heated 95 - 105 degrees & good for all ready to sweat.

ZEST

50 MINUTES UNHEATED

In this class you will do just that, we eliminate the heat and flow through mat work; moving the spine strengthening the trunk and building your knowledge on centering, control, concentration, precision, breathe, and flow. You may utilize props - resistance bands, light weights, pilates ball & the devilish magic circle. Unheated & good for all levels.

Group private Pilates classes can be great for bachelorette parties, corporate takeovers, influencer events, and birthday parties. Available at request.
